Built to meet with all ASME specifications and requirements, Cedarstone Industry Steam Jacket Kettles are the ultimate in mixing while heating or cooling. Our Kettles offer uniform, efficient heat transfer for faster cooking times. With the option of differing jacket types, pressure ranges, and an array of accessories Cedarstone Steam Jacket Kettles can be custom built to customer needs and requirements.


Main Features:
  • Bottom Spherical Shape Stainless Steel Kettle.
  • Sanitary 3A complying design with a food grade sanitary finish.
  • Constructed of 304 Stainless Steel with 316L Stainless interior for product contact areas.
  • 90 PSI rated Steam Jacket, ASME U-Stamped and NB registered.
  • Full steam jacket with spiral baffles to guide the flow of heating or cooling medium.
    (Optional continuous coil jacket on the straight shell body upon request.)
  • Tri-Leg configuration with flanged feet.
  • 2 - 3" centrally located bottom discharge with flange.
  • SEW or Nord brand agitation, bridge mounted.
  • Tri-Clover type additive ports.
  • Single motion bottom scraped surface type agitation or additional side secondary paddle type.
  • Stainless Steel hinged cover on both sides.
