CIP Tank

STAINLESS STEEL CIP (CLEAN IN PLACE) TANKS
Cedarstone Industry manufactures Clean-In-Place (CIP) tanks and system. These tanks can be double shell insulated Stainless Steel Storage Tanks with cooling/heating jacket, or single wall tank without insulation and jacket.

All of our storage tanks are constructed either with 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel for more corrosion resistance depending on the application.

Standard Features of Insulated CIP Tanks:

 

    • Interior: 304/316 Stainless Steel, 9 Gauge(0.15625“)/4mm thick, food grade #4 finish
    • Exterior: 304 Stainless Steel, 14 Gauge (0.078125“)/2mm thick, 2B or mirror finish.
    • Insulation: Polyurethane, min 3" thick
    • 18“ top manway.
    • 3“ side inlet/outlet Ports, 2“ inlet/outlet near tank top.
    • Tank Bottom: 15º slope, 4" tri-clamp bottom outlet.
    • Tank Top: 15º slope cone, 1“ top inlet with a spray ball.
Optional Features: Agitation, port options and top or side manholes.


Standard Features of Single Wall CIP Tanks:

    • Shell: 304/316 Stainless Steel, 9 Gauge (0.15625“)/4mm or 11 Gauge(0.125“) 3.175mm thick, food grade #4 finish.
    • 18“ top manway.
    • 3“ side inlet/outlet Ports, 2“ inlet/outlet near tank top.
    • Tank Bottom: 15º slope, 4" tri-clamp bottom outlet.
    • Tank Top: 15º slope cone, 1“ top inlet with a spray ball.
Optional Features: Agitation, jackets, insulation, port options and top or side manholes.
