Stainless Reducing Tee

Do you need a stainless reducing tee for your equipment? As you may very well know, the key to a longer lifespan from your tools is to purchase high-quality equipment and components. Stainless steel, specifically 304 or 316L stainless steel, is the best metal you can buy for this purpose. Stainless steel is corrosion resistant and will last you a very long time. If you’ve had to replace parts repeatedly, you may not have purchased pure stainless steel. If you’re sure that your metal components were authentic, they may have just been poorly made. Unfortunately, some stainless steel parts providers try to cut costs by providing lightweight components.

Fortunately, Cedarstone Industry provides a solution to your woes. Our reducing tees and other stainless sanitary components are the perfect replacement for your old parts. We provide competitively-priced components without slacking on quality. In fact, we can say the same thing about all of our products. From the first blueprint for a custom fitting to the final polish on one of our 100,000-gallon tanks, we put the same effort into every piece of equipment we provide.

That’s why companies worldwide use Cedarstone Industry tanks and components. You can find our products at work in companies such as Coca Cola, as well as smaller breweries. Our customization capacity makes us the go-to provider for stainless steel equipment. With our great quality and customer service to match, you can be sure that we’ll exceed your expectations.

About Our Stainless Reducing Tee

A reducing tee differs from an equal tee. The equal tee is the same diameter as the run pipe, but the reducing tee has a smaller diameter. It can be quite hard to find quality reducing tees on the market. A more common practice is to apply an equal tee with a concentric or eccentric reducer. However, there are a few reasons you may opt for a reducing tee instead. For example, you may have an older tank system. Instead of opting for a complete upgrade, you can get the component you need from Cedarstone Industry. If your tank has lasted you this long and still provides the same great productivity and efficiency, why should you get rid of it? It’s much less expensive to find the small part that you need. If we don’t have the component in stock, we’re happy to make it for you.

Stainless Steel

All of our equipment, including our stainless reducing tee, is made of 304 stainless steel. If you choose, you can ask us to provide you with a 316L stainless steel component instead. Both of these metal offer corrosion resistance. If you deal with volatile substances or certain chemicals, you might choose our 316L option. However, either grade of stainless steel will likely serve you well for your business production. Be mindful to stay away from other metals, including other grades of stainless steel.

Sanitary Fittings

Our fittings meet the 3-A sanitary standards. Thus, our parts are not only stainless but also sanitary. These hygienic components can keep the inside and outside of your tanks clean. You can clean these fittings without any trouble. In between cleanings, you can be confident that these fittings will keep contaminants and particles from entering your tanks and ruining your product. If you’ve had unexplained contamination or quality issues, you may need sanitary fittings to rectify the problem.

Custom Construction

As mentioned before, we can design the part you need if we don’t already provide it. This saves you a lot of time so that you can focus on other business matters. If you aren’t sure the component you need, feel free to ask us about your issue. We might be able to provide you with a solution right away. If not, we can design a part that meets your specification. That means that we can provide components for tanks with pipe sizes that have been out of production for years, tanks from other countries, and tanks that we didn’t build ourselves.
