What Makes Our Stainless Steel Tube Fittings Great

When you purchase any product from Cedarstone Industry, you get durability and high quality welded into every inch of stainless steel. Our tube fittings are no exception.

Sanitary Fittings

All of our fittings meet the requirements to earn the distinction of sanitary. Sanitary fittings are named such because they promote the cleanliness of the equipment that they are used for. Additionally, the fittings themselves are easier to clean and maintain. Sanitary fittings don’t have visible threads, so grime and build-up can’t get into the tiny crevices. This makes cleaning a much simpler and more straightforward process.

Additionally, sanitary fittings remain consistent in diameter, regardless of temperature or pressure. No matter what’s going on inside your pipes or vessels, you can trust sanitary fittings to hold. This also means that these fittings ensure that contaminants don’t make their way into your batch, or that your product doesn’t spell out of the pipes or between the fittings. While you may assume that any decent fitting could perform these functions, you can’t sure unless the product meets certification. Our fittings are 3-A certified sanitary products.

Stainless Steel

We construct our tube fittings from 304 stainless steel. Additionally, we also have some 316L stainless steel fittings available. We use the same stainless steel for our fittings that we use for all of our larger pieces of equipment, including our tanks. Stainless steel offers corrosion resistance. This provides an added benefit, on top of the sanitary certification that our fittings have already earned.

Customization Options

If we don’t have the tube fitting that you need, that doesn’t mean that you have to look anywhere else. Instead, just ask us to build the piece that you want. Our designers can create custom stainless steel fittings for your equipment. to get started, we only need a drawing. In some cases, even a thorough explanation of what you need is enough. We’ll work with you to ensure that we manufacture the specific part that you require. This is a perfect option for owners of vessels that are no longer manufactured, or from small brands.

An often overlooked benefit of our ability to make parts is that we aren’t limited to what we have in stock. If you need a part that we typically provide, we can easily make it ourselves to give to you. We don’t have to order parts from elsewhere, wait for it to come in, and then send it to you. Furthermore, we can vouch for our products because we’re the ones who made them. You won’t just be shopping with Cedarstone. You’ll be purchasing an authentic Cedarstone Industry product.

Different Types of Tube Fittings

Cedarstone’s tube fittings are designed to last and to meet the rigorous specifications needed for industrial applications. Our tube fittings are useful for different types of purposes and will last for years. Cedarstone tube fittings are available in various configurations and sizes. Cedarstone’s team of experts will make sure you get the tube fitting that best serves your brewery. These tube fittings are great for leak-tight connections which improve the safety of your tubing system.

Elbows

Our elbow fittings redirect product flow. You can use these fittings to steer the direction of your product. This can help you make the most out of limited space. Instead of sending your product straight across, from one vessel to another, use elbows to send pipes up, down, left and right.

We offer a few different options for elbow fittings. We have 45 degree elbows, as well as 90 degree. Additionally, you can purchase elbows with a variety of fittings attached, or none at all.

Tri-Clamp

Whereas the elbow shifts the direction of the entire flow, the tri-clamp is used to separate the flow into different directions. This allows you to fill multiple vessels at once. Cedarstone Industry provides both equal tee and reducing tee Tri-Clamps. The equal tee funnels the same volume of product through each end of the fitting. On the other hand, a reducing tee lowers the volume to one of the pipes. You may use a reducing tee to funnel product more slowly, for example when bottling your product. Supplement this fitting with a valve to control when to start and stop flow, and you’re all set.
